Job summary

The Valley Hospital in Paramus, NJ is seeking staff to assist in direct and indirect patient care. You will perform EKGs, phlebotomy, and manage materials and equipment according to approved policies and procedures.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, plus applicable MA/CNA/EMT certifications from approved bodies or enrollment as a nursing student with BLS within 90 days. No prior experience required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have current certification from an approved organization (AAMA/NCCT/AMT/NHA/AMCA/NCMA) in CMA/EMT or CNA.
• Current nursing student enrolled and BLS certified within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist professional staff in direct and indirect patient care.
• Perform EKGs and phlebotomy as directed.
• Handle materials management and equipment maintenance per policies.
