Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• (1) Recent experience in a hospital setting or (2) active certification from AAMA, NCCT, AMT, NHA, AMCA, NAHP, or NCMA for CMA/CNA/Patient Care Technician/NJ Home Health Aide/EMT.
• (3) Current nursing student who completed Fundamentals of Nursing and BLS within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist professional staff in direct and indirect patient care.
• Perform EKGs and phlebotomy.
• Manage materials and supplies per approved policies and procedures.
• Respond to emergencies and adapt to workload changes.

Education
