Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with transporting patients and supporting daily living activities.
• Help with bathing, grooming, and eating as needed.
• Maintain clean, stocked patient rooms and areas.
• Perform basic patient care tasks delegated by RN (vital signs, monitoring, EKG, phlebotomy, blood glucose).
• Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
