Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CNA or nursing student with med/surg rotation completed is required.
• AHA Heartsaver CPR and AED certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with clinical tasks including blood glucose monitoring and EKGs.
• Respond to medical emergencies using Heartsaver CPR and AED skills.
• Support patient/family centered care and efficient unit operations.

Education

Certified Nursing Assistant or nursing student who has completed fundamentals of nursing or equivalent med/surg clinical rotation
