Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or obtain during hire.
• Nursing students: BLS prior to hire; clinical rotation may substitute experience.
• Military medical experience considered (HM/68W/4N0X1).
• State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide or assist with patient care under RN supervision (vital signs, ADLs, transfers, monitoring).
• Report abnormal findings to RN promptly.
• Keep patient rooms clean and orderly.
