Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Nurse Assistant to support an acutely ill adult patient population on a 24-bed renal unit. You will assist with vital signs, ADLs, transfers, and monitoring responsibilities under an RN, helping maintain safety and comfort for patients.

Role requires flexibility for day shifts (6:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.) with every other weekend/holiday rotations; prior nursing-related experience and BLS certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must provide or assist with basic patient care under RN supervision.
• Includes reporting abnormal findings to an RN.
• Maintain clean and orderly patient rooms.

Responsibilities

• Provide or assist with patient care under the supervision of an RN.
• Report abnormal findings or changes in patients' condition to an RN.
• Assist with keeping patients' rooms clean and orderly.
