Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living under licensed staff.
• Perform vital signs and basic health measurements as directed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record.
• Communicate health concerns to nurses and care team.
• Support with mobility, positioning, and daily hygiene tasks.
