Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support the care team under the supervision of a registered nurse. The role involves direct patient care, vital signs, tracing and documenting clinical information, and assisting with activities of daily living.

The position requires a High School Diploma, 1–2 years healthcare experience, and BLS certification preference. Onsite location at 3 Dove Ave with 24-hour scheduling and night shift. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred or required per facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient care under RN supervision and perform routine clinical tasks.
• Take and document vital signs and assist with examinations as needed.
• Stock patient rooms and ensure cleanliness and readiness of supplies.
• Assist with feeding and mobility for patients and transport as required.
• Document patient information, intake/output, and glucose results accurately.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and respond to patient needs promptly.
