Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Main Campus is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Nursing Assistant (PCNA) to support a fast-paced gastroenterology and hepatology unit. You will assist with patient care, monitor vital signs and participate in transfers under the supervision of an RN.

Strong focus on safety, accurate reporting, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for patients and families. Evening/nigh hours with rotating weekends and holidays required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS Certification through AHA or ARC or must obtain during hire.
• Nursing students must have BLS prior to hire.
• Military experience as HM/68W/4N0X1 will be considered.
• Proficiency in basic math and reading comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Provide or assist with patient care under RN supervision.
• Report abnormal findings to RN.
• Assist with keeping patient rooms clean and orderly.
