Job summary

Cleveland Clinic’s Digestive Disease Institute is seeking a full-time caregiver for the G100 unit. You will work 7:00am to 7:30pm with every other weekend and every other holiday, assisting with patient care under the supervision of an RN and helping with routine tasks.

The role emphasizes patient comfort, room cleanliness, and timely reporting of changes in condition. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and BLS certification; prior healthcare experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross required within new hire period.
• Nursing students must have BLS prior to hire.
• Military healthcare experience (HM/68W/4N0X1) will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide or assist with patient care under RN supervision.
• Report changes in condition to RN.
• Assist with keeping patients' rooms clean and orderly.
