Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of daily registrations, including insurance eligibility and benefits verification.
• Provide high-quality service to patients and resolve issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Serve as a liaison between clinical and administrative areas to ensure sound working relationships and cooperative arrangements.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to associates.
• Train staff on policies, procedures, systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor quality assurance measures and ensure compliance with JCAHO, HIPAA, and other standards.
• Assists manager with staff evaluations by providing feedback on individuals supervised.

Education
