Job summary

Qualifications

• HFMA CHCR or NAHAM CHAA certification within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Register patients for outpatient and inpatient services.
• Provide information to hospital users, patients, and families.
• Ensure patients meet financial requirements and assist with insurance verification.
• Communicate with service areas to maximize patient flow and customer service.
