The position requires a high school diploma or GED and may involve operating cleaning machinery, conducting routine inspections, and assisting grounds staff on multiple campuses.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Prior ramp cleaning equipment experience preferred.
• On-the-job training available with limited to no cleaning experience.
• Commercial cleaning experience in an educational environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of cleaning activities within assigned ramps.
• Learn to operate ramp cleaning machinery such as sweeper, power washers, and Kubota for snow removal.
• Inspect and monitor ramps to ensure proper maintenance.
• Remove graffiti with sandblasting or chemical wash.
• Clean waste, elevator stations, windows, rails, and restrooms daily.
• Order supplies and cleaning products.
