Job summary

Sweeping Corporation of America in West Chester Township, OH seeks an Overnight Parking Lot Sweeper for full-time 3rd shift. You will operate a parking lot sweeper on assigned routes, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety and site procedures to support community safety and environmental quality.

Starting compensation is $17-19 per hour with a first pay increase at 6 months. Eligible benefits include weekly pay, health/dental/vision and life insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO, and training

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED.
• Experience: 1 year driving experience preferred.
• License: Driver’s License.
• Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
• Compliance: MVR check, background check, DOT physical, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and ensure safety features are operational.
• Review routes, complete jobs within timeframes with quality and attention to detail.
• Operate equipment safely, comply with traffic laws and site protocols.
• Handle materials safely and dispose as required.
• Report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain professional communication with team, supervisors, and clients.
• Complete logs, manifests, and forms accurately.
• Adapt to changes and maintain reliable attendance.
