Sweeping Corporation of America in Fredericksburg, VA is hiring an Overnight Parking Lot Sweeper for a full-time, third-shift role. You will operate a parking lot sweeper on assigned routes in shopping centers and parking lots, perform pre‑trip inspections, and follow safety procedures to keep areas clean and compliant.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, at least 1 year driving experience, a valid Driver's License, and the ability to pass MVR, background, DOT physical, and drug

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED.
• Experience: 1 year driving experience preferred.
• License: Driver’s License.
• Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Compliance: MVR check, background check, DOT physical, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Inspection: Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.
• Execution: Review assigned routes prior to departure and complete jobs within the allotted timeframe.
• Equipment Operation: Operate equipment safely and in accordance with safety procedures.
• Material Handling: Handle materials safely and dispose per site procedures.
• Reporting: Report issues or injuries promptly to management.
• Professional Communication: Maintain professionalism and effective communication on job sites.
• Compliance & Documentation: Complete logs, manifests, and forms accurately.
• Adaptability & Problem Solving: Respond to changes and solve issues timely.
• Regular & Predictable Attendance: Show up on time and as scheduled.
