The role requires current Paramedic licensure, BLS, ACLS, and the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining compassionate care at night.

Qualifications

• Paramedic certification/licensure required by state.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
• Strong assessment, communication and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical assessment and treatment per protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status.
• Administer medications and perform emergency procedures within scope.
• Safely transport and transfer patients as needed.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians and other staff.
• Maintain EMS equipment and supplies.
• Follow clinical, safety and regulatory standards.
• Provide compassionate, professional care during night shift.
