Job summary

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. in York, PA is seeking a Palletizer Operator for D Shift (Thu-Fri 05:30am–02:00pm; Sat-Sun 05:30am–05:30pm). The role supports the Warehouse Coordinator in directing workflow in a high-volume distribution facility to ensure efficient, safe operations.

You will work with stretch wrappers, palletizers, labeling systems, and related equipment, maintaining pallets and coordinating changeovers while upholding quality standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience in distribution operations, including equipment, materials, workflow, WMS and forklift operations in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and awareness in the area.
• Direct product workflow from stretch wrappers to storage locations.
• Maintain adequate supply of empty pallets for palletizer utilization.
• Coordinate changeovers of palletizers and stretch wrappers.
• Coordinate end of work orders with Manufacturing Operators and other operations personnel.
• Perform mechanical operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and PMs on palletizers and related equipment.
