CANPACK Group is seeking an operator to set up and run a palletizer, ensuring cans meet quality and process standards. You will monitor equipment, aid in quality control, and assist with audits while maintaining safe, efficient production on a night shift.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to technical parameters. Candidates should have an engineering or technical background and prior manufacturing exposure.

Competenze

• Engineering or technical degree preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Good visual and color vision and ability to focus accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills.

Mansioni

• Operate palletizing equipment daily to sort, transfer and stack finished products on pallets for shipment.
• Observe and record any quality issues.
• Load empty pallets and assist with production control per quality specs.
• Report machine condition issues to supervisor and assist with audits.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain safe, efficient operations.
