This role offers a Weekend Night Shift schedule with a $2.50 per hour shift differential and eligibility for performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and maintain manufacturing equipment for paint and coatings.
• Mix and grind liquids and raw materials per batch requirements.
• Operate control systems and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prebatch and inspect tickets; monitor batch status and yield.
• Maintain logs and production records; report breakdowns.
• Collaborate with other departments to complete production orders on time.
