Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a manufacturing operator to set up, run, and maintain equipment that fills and packages product for shipment. This role supports a safe, clean, and productive work environment on a weekend shift.

Responsibilities include operating control systems and machinery, performing routine cleaning and maintenance, packaging and labeling, monitoring materials for quality, and keeping accurate production logs. Team collaboration and adherence to SOPs are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating manufacturing equipment in a production environment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE.
• Ability to monitor product quality and process indicators.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate paint making control systems and equipment (high-speed dispersers, filling machines, pumps, valves, robotics, case packers, labelers).
• Breakdown and clean equipment including pumps, tanks, valves, and lines.
• Package and label filled containers to specifications.
• Monitor raw materials and finished goods for quality.
• Maintain production logs and report breakdowns promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to complete production orders on time.
