SARSTEDT in Newton, NC is seeking a manufacturing associate for 3rd shift to run packaging lines, verify quality, and support safety-focused daily operations. You will operate robotics and pallet equipment, maintain accurate documentation, and assist with equipment troubleshooting as needed.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, the ability to stand for long periods, and lifting up to 25 lbs regularly with occasional heavier loads. Competitive hourly pay is offered with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Packaging and labeling products according to the production schedule.
• Verify documentation and quality of product before final packaging.
• Follow safety regulations at all times and report unsafe conditions.
• Operate robot, pallet jack, and other electronic machinery as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace with daily upkeep.
• Follow all safety guidelines and report concerns immediately.
• Assist with troubleshooting and equipment in the high‑bay area when needed.
