Job summary

Crafted Staff in McElhattan, PA seeks a Production Technician to operate packaging equipment, inspect and package products, and support the production line by bringing raw materials to the floor.

This 12-hour overnight shift (6:45 pm – 7:00 am) on a 2-2-3 schedule requires adherence to GMP/QA standards, accurate documentation, and teamwork to maintain safety and quality. Experience with RFU/inventory control and Windows software is helpful.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to operate a minimum of two machine technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate clearly.
• Work in a team-oriented setting and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate designated packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect, label, and package products for shipment.
• Support production by supplying raw materials and keeping area clean.
• Maintain product history using Windows software and document QA checks.
• Complete paperwork accurately and assist teammates during breaks.
