Altium Packaging in New Castle, Pennsylvania is seeking an entry-level Production Packaging Associate responsible for proper packaging of materials and finished products. You will load, move materials, operate packaging equipment, and follow Good Manufacturing Practices.

This role requires basic math and computer skills, a high school diploma or GED, and completion of the company training within 90 days of hire. Overtime may be required to meet production needs.

• Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams from lines.
• Inspect the quality of bottles during production, packaging, and labeling.
• Performs bottle inspections, such as drop tests for designated lines.
• Immediately escalates all bottle abnormalities, defects and quality issues when found.
• Move finished goods to designated area.
• Ensure efficient setup and organization of workstations.
• Overtime may be required as needed.
