Job summary

Seaux Recruit is seeking a Production Technician in McElhattan, PA to operate packaging equipment safely, inspect finished products, and support the production line.

You will prepare materials, maintain clean work areas, and assist teammates during breaks to ensure continuous operation. The role requires teamwork, basic computer skills, and the ability to follow GMP, FDA, and ISO guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to operate two or more machine technologies.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and use PPE at all times.
• Comply with GMP, FDA, and ISO guidelines.
• Start up and operate packaging equipment using proper procedures.
• Inspect finished products according to QA guidelines.
• Notify leads of any quality issues promptly.
• Prepare raw materials and stage for production.
• Record lot codes with RFU devices for inventory tracking.
• Use Windows-based software to maintain production history.
• Keep machines and work areas clean and orderly.
• Support teammates and provide break coverage.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Perform additional duties as directed.
