Job summary

Debbie's Staffing is seeking a 3rd Shift Packer in Rural Hall, NC to join a production team on the packing line. You will package products, inspect quality, label and sort items, and help maintain a clean, safe work area.

Hours are 8:00pm–6:00am, Monday through Thursday, with overtime as needed. Compensation is $15.00 per hour with weekly pay and opportunities to contribute to efficient workflow on the line.

Qualifications

• Must pass all new-hire screenings.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to detail and quality control.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Must follow PPE requirements (steel toe shoes).

Responsibilities

• Quality control of packaged products per standards.
• Operate packaging machinery and equipment.
• Label and sort products according to type.
• Handle materials safely within packing area.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the packing area.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Identify and report equipment issues or safety concerns.
