Manpower is hiring a 3rd Shift Packing Associate in Hickory, NC to support the Production Department and packaging/shipping teams. The role focuses on quality, organization, and teamwork to meet daily production goals.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with a Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM schedule. The ideal candidate has packing, manufacturing, or warehouse experience, can lift up to 50 pounds, and demonstrates strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished foam products to ensure quality standards are met
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment to customers
• Stack and organize materials according to production specifications
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals
