Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Production Specialist for the night shift in West Chicago, IL. The role focuses on general production tasks, packing, case making, inspection, and adherence to safety and GMP policies.

Responsibilities include handling bottles per customer specs, maintaining equipment, and supporting continuous quality improvement projects. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, with emphasis on reliability, communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain housekeeping and safety in the production area.
• Pack bottles and ensure cases are properly sealed per specs.
• Inspect products for defects and follow QA guidelines.
• Support line with equipment setup, rework, and waste reduction.
• Train new and temporary staff on packing quality and processes.
• Communicate issues with quality, machines, and configurations to supervisors.
