Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Packaging Specialist for night shift in Evansville, Indiana. Duties include housekeeping, case making, inspecting and packing finished products, and following GMP policies.

You will participate in continuous quality improvement and assist in training new staff. Qualifications include high school diploma, regular attendance, strong communication, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience a plus.
• Regular, punctual attendance required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork.
• Proficient computer skills and typing.

Responsibilities

• General housekeeping of the production area.
• Case making, inspecting, and packing finished product.
• Follow safety, health, quality GMP policies and company procedures.
• Notify supervisor of potential problems with product or machinery.
• Assist training of regular and temporary workforce.
• Complete written documentation as required.
