Job summary

Zoetis in Kalamazoo is seeking a Packaging Specialist I/II for the 3rd shift. You will operate and maintain packaging lines, inspect products, and ensure documentation aligns with batch records and SOPs. Lead line operators and collaborate closely with support staff to meet production goals.

We're looking for a detail-oriented candidate with a high school diploma, basic math and strong machine handling skills. Prior cGMP knowledge is a plus, with a safe, team-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math, reading comprehension and English communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with MS Office.
• Mechanical reasoning and troubleshooting with hand tools preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain packaging lines with accuracy and safety.
• Inspect, package and document batch records per SOPs.
• Provide leadership to line operators and coordinate with support staff.
• Monitor processes to maximize quality and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist with line setup.
