Job summary

ID Logistics US in Florida is hiring a Packager whose main duties are sorting, verifying, packaging, labeling and weighing items according to pack sizes and customer requirements.

You will receive inventory, use scanners and WMS, follow safety rules, lift up to 50 lbs, and work Sun-Wed 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM. The role offers benefits including 401(k) matching, health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Possess strong oral and written communications skills
• Must be able to work in a varied, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs.
• Ability to sit/walk/stand for long periods of time.
• Follow all standards of PPE in the distribution center: for example, wearing steel toed shoes, safety glasses, safety vest or any other standards provided by site leadership.

Responsibilities

• Receive and sort inventory into different totes.
• Use technology like scanners, computers, and handheld printers
• Utilizes pick sheet, customer order, work order, shipping order or facility WMS acquisition device to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed from temperature controlled or non-controlled rooms.
• Lift up to 49 pounds
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Other duties as assigned
