Job summary

Shineon in Florida is hiring an Operations Associate I to support our packaging line. You will pack finished products in accordance with our documented procedures, aiming for accurate quantities, high quality, and efficient production.

The position may include basic quality checks, counting verification, and appearance inspection. Dexterity, attention to detail, and clear teamwork are essential, with an overnight Sun–Thu 10:00pm–6:30am EST shift and a shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year in packing, shipping, logistics, warehousing, or related role.
• Extended use of fine motor skills to handle small parts and perform quality inspections.
• Ability to work with hands to assemble products and materials continuously.
• Dynamic, fast-paced startup environment with a solutions-oriented attitude.
• Overnight shift: Sunday - Thursday 10:00pm - 6:30AM EST (Shift Differential Offered)

Responsibilities

• Follow strict adherence to company packing procedures and standards.
• Handle inventory with care to ensure items are undamaged.
• Adhere to safety programs and OSHA compliance for a safe work environment.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures, and encourage others to do the same.
• Ensure product orders are packed and moved carefully throughout the facility timely.
• Pack items into shipping containers, seal and label accordingly.
• Performing additional duties as needed
