Job summary

ID Logistics US in Ocala, FL is seeking a Packager to sort, verify, package, label and weigh items according to pre-established packs and customer requirements.

Responsibilities include receiving inventory, using scanners and WMS devices, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Shift: Sun-Wed 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM. Pay: $16.25/hr plus $1.50 shift differential. Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Possess strong oral and written communications skills
• Must be able to work in a varied, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs.
• Ability to sit/walk/stand for long periods.
• Follow all standards of PPE in the distribution center: for example, wearing steel toed shoes, safety glasses, safety vest or any other standards provided by site leadership.

Responsibilities

• Receive and sort inventory into totes.
• Use scanners, computers, and handheld printers.
• Determine items to be moved using pick sheets, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders or facility WMS devices.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend and reach during shifts.
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks and other gear to move items around.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe environment.
