Responsibilities

• Follow the batching process with accurate measurement and mixing per recipe and schedule.
• Coordinate with the Batching Supervisor to ensure timely ingredient availability.
• Monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
• Maintain batch records, ingredient usage, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
