fairlife, LLC in Webster, NY is seeking a Packaging Operator to operate and troubleshoot sleeving, case packing and palletizing equipment. You will ensure products meet specifications, perform setup changes, and assist in maintaining a clean, audit-ready packaging line.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, strong communication skills, basic math, and the ability to train others. A valid Industrial Truck Operator License is preferred, with a 12-hour shift pattern and a rotating

Responsabilidades

• Follow safety, GMP rules and guidelines.
• Operate, set up, change over, troubleshoot packaging equipment.
• Inspect products to ensure specifications and quality.
• Supply packaging materials to lines and oversee material handling.
• Clean equipment and maintain audit-ready packaging areas.
• Assist in training and upskilling team members.
• Report downtime and resolve stoppages promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate with maintenance when needed and perform basic maintenance.
