Job summary

fairlife, LLC, Webster, NY is hiring a Packaging Material Operator. You will manage raw materials for filling and packaging lines, operate an Industrial Truck, and maintain clean, organized work areas while following GMP guidelines.

You will ensure FIFO inventory, assist with training, and communicate proactively with supervisors regarding material availability and production needs. This is a fast-paced, safety-focused role in a growing facility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to coordinate packaging material needs after training.
• Ability to troubleshoot and escalate where needed.
• Work safely and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, GMP rules and supervisor directions.
• Operate forklifts and move/materials as needed.
• Maintain FIFO rotation of materials and proper storage.
• Ensure paperwork and computer records are completed promptly.
• Communicate inventory status and risks to supervisor.
• Keep infeed areas clean and organized.
• Train new team members and assist with upskilling.
