Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Packaging industry experience preferred.
• 6 months manufacturing operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Ability to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines safely and follow Pratt safety rules and procedures.
• Improve setup times and machine downtime; report mechanical concerns.
• Ensure quality by following GMPs and Pratt quality procedures.
• Keep work areas clean and free of hazards; maintain housekeeping.
• Complete production data and status reports accurately and timely.
• Able to work overtime and shifts as required.
