The position requires hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, reading diagrams, and leading TPM initiatives to optimize line performance. Weekend reliability and overtime flexibility are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Able to read and interpret mechanical diagrams.
• Understand basic electricity and motor controls.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment.
