Graham Packaging Company in York, PA (Farmbrook plant) is seeking a Packaging Specialist Lead for the 11pm–7am shift. The role supports production lines, manages forklift operations, and ensures material flow and safety compliance on a fast-paced line.

You will supervise forklift activities, coordinate with the Shift Supervisor, participate in inventory, and help meet production goals while maintaining quality. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K and paid time off.

Formación

• Regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Follow safety, GMP, and company policies.
• Perform safety lift truck inspections and battery checks.
• Support continuous quality improvement projects.
• Review production schedule and move materials to lines.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used.
• Assist with stock handling and loading trailers as needed.
• Inspect pallets for quality and communicate issues.
