Job summary

Axalta is seeking a Filling and Packaging Operator at our Orrville, OH facility. You will safely fill, label, package, and inspect industrial refinishing products, operate packaging equipment, complete production documentation, and support daily operations to prep products for storage and shipment.

The role requires adherence to safety policies, strong attention to detail, and effective communication with supervisors and team members, with a Sunday–Thursday night shift and occasional Friday

Qualifications

• Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and maintenance procedures.
• Follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions accurately.
• Maintain high attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Fill, label, and package products according to guidelines and safety standards.
• Complete job sheets and production documentation with correct counts and traceability.
• Attach labels with lot numbers and shipping information to finished products.
