Job summary

Axalta-Coating-Systems is seeking a Filling and Packaging Operator for our Orrville, OH facility. You will fill, label, package, and inspect industrial refinishing products, while following established procedures and safety standards.

You’ll also document production steps and help maintain a clean, organized work area. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read work orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and work orders.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Fill, label, and package products according to guidelines and safety standards.
• Complete job sheets and production documentation with accuracy.
• Attach labels including lot numbers and shipping information.
• Sort, grade, weigh, and inspect products for quality.
• Set up, operate, clean, and tear down packaging equipment.
• Monitor operations, adjust for quality, and report issues.
