Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Outbound Clerk to join our team. You will prepare outbound orders and paperwork, coordinate with carriers, and perform data entry in our warehouse management system. The role may require on-floor work with warehouse equipment and collaboration with service delivery teams.

Hours for 3rd Shift are Sunday through Thursday, 10 PM to 6:30 AM. We value accurate, timely work and serious attention to safety and process. Healthcare and 401(k) benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• SAP or other WMS experience.
• Experience in Warehousing and Shipping operations and equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet runners.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outbound orders and paperwork (BOLS, delivery manifests, yard management documents).
• Communicate with delivery carriers and coordinate with supervisor and department leads.
• Data entry into warehouse management system and filing of documents/forms.
• Occasionally operate on the warehouse floor and collaborate with equipment operators.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely if lift certified.
