Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Onsite training specific to job responsibilities.
• Must obtain forklift and Order Picker certification.
• Pass an Order Picker Qualification Checklist (deadline to be established by the company.)

Responsibilities

• Pick a finished product from storage racks for customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Follow safety regulations to prevent on-the-job injuries.
• Perform functions within the pick module.
• Send orders down the conveyor for wrapping and shipping.
• Prepare orders for shipment by palletizing and wrapping or boxing.
• Operate material handling equipment safely.
• Record inventory transactions using a computer or RF device.
• Maintain clean work areas and remove waste.
• Assist with training of current and new Order Pickers.
