Job summary

Cash-Wa Distributing in Aberdeen, SD is seeking a Night Shift Order Selector. Earn $19/hour starting wage with incentives based on productivity (after qualifying).

The role includes picking orders using voice systems, lifting up to 100 lbs, and moving pallets with a pallet jack for next-day deliveries. The position is full-time on night shift with Saturdays/Sundays or a Sunday-Thursday schedule and opportunities to earn bonuses through performance.

Responsibilities

• Selects customer orders from pick slots using pick lists of assorted items to build orders
• Delivers merchandise to correct dock area, stacks items on pallets according to driver stops for next day’s delivery and shrink wraps palletized orders
• Operates a pallet jack and uses voice-activated picking system to move products from racks to pallets
• Labels the selected cases with order labels and validates correct product and damage-free condition
• Notifies Stocker of empty or short slots for replenishment
• Involves repetitive lifting (80-90% of shift), with heavy lifting up to 100 lbs on rare occasions
