Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Able to read and comprehend work-related materials.
Able to troubleshoot production issues and optimize lines.
Must meet training and safety requirements.
Willing to work second shift with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Assign, monitor, coordinate, and direct personnel to maximize safety, sanitation, quality, and productivity.
Monitor set-up, operation, and adjustment of work center machines.
Maintain product quality and suggest production improvements.
Investigate and correct downtime and equipment issues.
Provide leadership to ensure efficient changeovers and line maintenance.
Communicate across shifts and document equipment and production notes.
Train line operators and minimize downtime and waste.
Set up production lines before shift start and perform lock-out tag-out as needed.
Ensure safety compliance and adherence to SOPs.
