Job summary

Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Main Operating Room (3rd shift: 10:45 PM to 7:15 AM), 5 days per week, with weekend/holidays and on-call requirements. The role requires completion of an accredited nursing program and an active RN license in the state, plus BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Time management and problem-solving skills, willingness to learn new things, adaptable to change, and dedication to the team's success in the operating room.

Responsibilities

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
