Job summary

Ideal candidates have strong measurement skills with micrometers, calipers, and CMM familiarity, plus good communication and shift documentation abilities. This role emphasizes safety and precision in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills including geometry and trigonometry.
• Familiarity with Windows 7, MS Office and SAP.
• Prior optical inspection or fabrication experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect optics visually and mechanically without direct supervision.
• Support processes and product development.
• Document actions and communicate needs across shifts.
• Maintain safety procedures and PPE compliance.
• Accurately interpret blueprints and report measurements.
