Responsibilities

• Ensures associates follow safe work practices and conducts regular safety discussions.
• Determines daily workload/production volume for department.
• Monitors inventory flow and expedites receiving, picking and shipping of priority product.
• Resolves safety issues and communicates with relevant parties.
• Trains associates on equipment; documents proficiency and issues resolutions.
• Conducts shift briefings and turnover documentation.
• Collaborates with other shifts to maintain consistent processes.
• Participates in hiring and onboarding of team members.
• Shows leadership to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
