Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead distribution center teams, ensure safety and efficiency, and optimize daily workloads. You will coordinate receiving, order-fill, and shipping tasks while maintaining strong communication with cross-functional teams.

This role emphasizes safety, schedule adaptability, and cost-effective execution. Applicants should show leadership in direct reports, familiarity with warehouse operations, and proficiency with MS Office and WMS

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in distribution center/warehouse operations or a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain related field
• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds and lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Basic math and reading comprehension
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Proven record of complying with safety requirements

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead operations associates in receiving, order-fill, shipping, and supporting tasks
• Monitor production volume and allocate tasks for optimal workflow and performance
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct training, and promptly address safety concerns
• Respond quickly to changing workflow conditions and make real-time decisions
• Resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions in supply chain operations
• Communicate business objectives, daily workload plans, and performance expectations
• Provide support and guidance to associates through associate relations issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for enhanced supply chain performance
