Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead warehousing teams in Ocala, FL, assign tasks, coach staff, monitor results, and report to management. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and process improvement while coordinating with upper management.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in a supervisor warehousing role, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Spanish language skills are a plus and MS Office proficiency is valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a supervisor warehousing role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe environment for the customer's product, associates, and temporary workers.
• Follows established operational procedures for receiving, handling, and disposition of materials and keeping inventory current.
• Builds a positive teamwork environment by listening and communicating with all associates.
• Helps maintain attendance and tardiness records.
• Monitors daily compliance with safety procedures.
• Investigates accidents and prepares reports.
• Provides on-the-job coaching and training to maintain associate skills.
• Helps coordinate vacations, payroll, and time sheets for associates and temporary workers, complaints and productivity.
• Oversee associates.
• Maintain GMP for food-grade warehouse.
