Location: Cleveland, TX

Seeking an individual to perform various duties at an aggregate plant facility, including equipment operation, welding, and other plant-related tasks. Must be dedicated, willing to learn, and eager to build a career while maintaining the highest safety standards. This is an entry-level equipment operator position, and training will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to support daily production and plant operations
• Assist the plant supervisor with daily operations and maintenance
• Inspect plant areas to perform maintenance, repairs, and screen changes
• Perform welding and fabrication duties as needed
• Identify safety hazards and equipment malfunctions, responding appropriately
• Follow safety procedures per MSHA and OSHA guidelines
• Work evenings and weekends as required
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience with large aggregate equipment preferred (loader, haul truck, water truck, skid steer)
• Knowledge of welding and mechanics preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• MSHA certification preferred
